JP Conceptz offers a 360-degree range of services to meet your automotive needs, from car servicing, minor and major repair work to auto detailing, dent repairs & spray painting.

It's recommended to service your car every 12,000 miles or 12 months, whichever comes first. However, you should consult your vehicle's owner’s manual for specific guidelines.

A full service usually includes:

  • Oil and oil filter change
  • Air filter replacement
  • Brake inspection
  • Tire rotation
  • Fluid level checks (brake fluid, power steering fluid, coolant, etc.)
  • Visual inspection of key components (suspension, exhaust, etc.)
  • Battery checks
  • Light and wiper check

Common signs that your car needs a service include:

  • Warning lights on the dashboard
  • Strange noises from the engine
  • Difficulty starting the car
  • Reduced fuel efficiency
  • Poor handling or performance
  • Minor service typically includes basic maintenance like oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-ups.
  • Major service involves more extensive checks such as replacing spark plugs, inspecting the transmission, and other key components.

A minor service usually takes 1-2 hours, while a full or major service can take 3-4 hours or more depending on the car’s condition and the service type.

Yes, regular servicing helps maintain optimal performance, ensures parts are functioning properly, and can prevent major issues, thus increasing the lifespan of your car.

No, as long as the car is serviced according to the manufacturer’s guidelines, you can use independent garages without voiding the warranty. However, it's crucial to keep a detailed service history.

A check engine light could come on due to a variety of issues, from a loose gas cap to more serious engine problems. If it comes on after a service, contact your service provider to inspect it immediately.

Skipping a car service can lead to reduced performance, increased fuel consumption, and the risk of undetected issues developing into costly repairs. In some cases, it may also void your warranty.

You may want to bring:

  • Service records/logbook
  • Owner’s manual
  • List of any issues or unusual symptoms you’ve noticed

Basic maintenance like oil changes, air filter replacement, and topping up fluids can be done by yourself if you are knowledgeable. However, more complex services should be left to professionals.
